OPENTIX Ticket Refund and Cancellation Application

OPENTIX is here to assist you with your online ticket refund application.
Before you request a refund or cancel your booking, please check:
  1. Please check the program/event refund policy if the refund is available or not.
  2. The ticket(s) were purchased via OPENTIX.
  3. You have not yet collected your printed tickets or you have had e-tickets via App.
  4. You can fill in a maximum of 15 tickets at a time. If there are more than 15 tickets, you can separate them into multiple applications or download the application form and send it back through (1) Fax:(+886)-2-3393-9908 or (2) E-mail: opentixservice@mail.npac-ntch.org.

Because we need your signature to complete the application, please use Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari instead of IE as your browser.
If you have collected your tickets, please bring them or send them through registered mail to OPENTIX service offices in Taipei, Taichung, Tainan or Kaohsiung within the prescribed time limit.

Application Options

  • Ticket exchange and refund policy for programs organized by National Theater & Concert Hall, National Taichung Theater, National Kaohsiung Center for the Arts (Weiwuying) and National Symphony Orchestra, a refund request must be made at least one day before the performance.
  • For programs organized by other presenters but tickets purchased from OPENTIX, a refund request must be made at least ten days before the performance. For example, a ticket for a program on 2/15, has to be exchanged or refunded before or on 2/5, unless it is specified otherwise by the presenter.
  • A 10% handling fee of the original purchase price will be charged when a refund is made (a payment of NTD 1,000 gets a refund of NTD 900), unless the presenter specifies it otherwise.
  • This service applies only to online bookings with paper tickets that have not yet been collected or e-tickets via App. The application has to be submitted on the day of order; for example, if the ticket is ordered on 4/1, then the application has to be submitted on 4/1.
  • No handling fee will be charged for ticket cancellation.

Refund/Cancellation Application Notice

  1. This service applies only to ticket holders who have not yet collected their paper tickets or have had e-tickets via App.
  2. Once a booking is refunded or cancelled, it cannot be undone. The refund handling fee is charged in accordance with the organizer’s refund and exchange policy, when a refund is made and the amount will be credited back to the credit card used for the original purchase.
  3. Make sure you log into OPENTIX and click “My Account>My Order” to check your ticket status one hour after the submission. (You can check the next day if the application was sent after office hours.)
